Worklittle builds AI-powered job search and career mentorship for people navigating work and education with limited support. As a Growth Marketing extern, you’ll help us understand how to reach the right students, mentors, and partner organizations—and turn that understanding into clear, practical action.

You’ll have meaningful autonomy to own scoped GTM projects, run small experiments, and collaborate with product, data, and operations to improve how Worklittle grows responsibly.

What You’ll Do

• Design and run small marketing experiments (hypothesis, execution, and reflection)

• Help refine messaging and positioning for different audiences (students, mentors, partners)

• Draft a content engine for email, partnerships, or landing pages

• Research potential partners and build targeted outreach lists

• Track lifecycle metrics (engagement, conversion, and retention)

• Collaborate with product and data to connect GTM work to real user behavior

• Document learnings clearly so others can build on them
