You'll also find us on the Enterprise Tech 30 List.\n\nThis is a fully in-person role; we do not offer remote or hybrid options.\n\nWhat you'll do\n\n- Migrate new customers off their old support system to Pylon\n- Within your first week, run customer migration meetings\n- Communicate directly with customers and become their main \"problem-solver\" as they navigate rebuilding their processes and data in Pylon\n- Become a deep product expert and guide customers to the right solution. The customer isn't always right and they often don't know what they want. It's up to you to teach them\n- Contribute to pre-sales calls as the be-all-end-all for potential solutions\n- Be an expert not only in Pylon, but also the systems we migrate from (Zendesk, Intercom, etc.)\n- Juggle many customers at once and drive them to completion.\n- Iteratively improve the migration process\n\nRequirements\n\n- Located in (or will relocate to) New York OR San Francisco, and excited about working in-person\n- Very organized, hard working and fast. You will be juggling many migrations at once.\n- Detail-oriented and fast learner.
