CELINE’s ambition is to be one of the most iconic luxury brands worldwide.\n\nTo make this vision a reality we are looking for agile, passionate and authentic personalities who are eager to evolve in a highly creative and challenging environment.\n\nCELINE is currently seeking a CLIENT ADVISOR to join it’s Vancouver Oakridge New Store Opening, expected in Fall 2026!\n\nYOUR IMPACT:\n\nMeet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals\n\nIncorporate product knowledge in the sales process with the result of maximizing sales, units sold per transaction, and the dollar value of each transaction\n\nAdhere to all company policies\n\nCapture all relevant customer information for entry in database\n\nPromote store events through email, phone, and personalized notes\n\nMaintain and expand a client book\n\nConsistently follow up with any shipping, alteration, or other issues related to clients\n\nAssist in general housekeeping and the maintenance of the store image\n\nSupport shipping and receiving and inventory control as requested\n\nKEYS FOR SUCCESS\n\nEducation:\n\nExperience:\n\nPosition requires minimum 3 years in a retail setting, with a focus on sales, preferably in a luxury setting\n\nComputer literate; learn and use various software packages\n\nCompetencies:\n\nCandidates with client books strongly preferred\n\nDesire to work in a retail setting, with a focus on sales\n\nPassion for luxury product with an appreciation for design\n\nTech Savvy - ability to learn and utilize various software programs\n\nService orientation and customer focused\n\nAbility to work a flexible schedule based on business needs which includes, evenings, weekends and holidays\n\nLanguages: Foreign Languages a plus\n\nWorkplace: Oakridge\n\n \n\nOTHER INFORMATION\n\nPotential starting date: As soon as possible\n\nResponsibilities\nOUR COMMITMENT\n\nCELINE is an equal opportunity employer.
