Oversee the direction of administrative, financial, fiscal and risk management operations, consolidation insight and analysis results and also Internal Control. Supervise Procurement, and Legal and Compliance that are shared with Watches and Jewelry (W&J) Japan.\n\nResponsibilities\nMAIN RESPONSIBILITIES\n\n \n\nFinance and Accounting\n\n-    Management of the accounting team\n\n-    General accounting (statutory and management accounts)\n\n-    Accounts receivables collection\n\n-    Treasury function\n\n-    Monthly closing of accounts\n\n-    Financial reporting to the mother companies\n\n-    Local tax issues\n\n-    Implementation and follow-up of corporate financial procedures\n\n \n\nBusiness Planning and Control (BPC)\n\n-    Preparation of yearly budget, revised budget, as well as 3 years’ plan\n\n-    Budget control, margins analysis\n\n-    Recommendation of corrective actions in order to meet financial plans\n\n-    Investments; Feasibility studies, control, and follow-up (ex: Boutiques projects)\n\n-    Marketing spending: control and value-analysis of spending\n\n-    Overall control of yearly business-plan, with proposal of corrective actions if needed\n\n-    Insurance, corporate governance, other administrative issues\n\n \n\nInternal Control\n\n-    Enterprise Risk and Internal Control Assessment (ERICA)\n\n-    Audits / Investigations\n\n-    Risk Assessment / Special project\n\n-     \n\nProcurement (shared with W&J Japan team)\n\n-    Define the purchasing strategy\n\n-    Lead and drive Agencies\n\nAdditional information\nQUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED:\n\n \n\nEducation                                      :\n\nBachelor degree (Finance, Accounting, Business Management) with a Master being preferred\n\nLanguages                                    :  \n\n \n\nFluent written and spoken English with excellent communication skill\n\nProfessional experience & know how            :\n\n \n\nAt least 10 years of relevant experience with exposure to retail management and boutique operation.\n\nPrior experience working for an international company is a must\n\nTechnical & management skills    :\n\n \n\nAccounting principles and procedures (mainly IFRS)\n\nBudget & reporting techniques\n\nIT Applications (Excel, PowerPoint, SAP mainly, Anaplan a
