join our beautiful Boutique in New Bond Street.\n\nResponsibilities\nThe mission:\n\nThe Operations Associate will be supporting the department across the below areas:\n\nCustomer Service\n\nClient Deliveries – UK and International\n\nBusiness getters\n\nOmni Channel\n\n \n\nResponsibilities:\n\nArrange all client shipments respecting timelines including tracking for audit purposes\n\nEnsure all order accuracy\n\nFollow procedure step by step in regard to consignment (pick, pack, send)\n\nTracking of Press pulls\n\nFollow all department procedures accurately\n\nBe a link between the operational and sales team\n\nPromote RS services across the boutique\n\nBack of house department support\n\nEnsure accurate performance tracking\n\nSupport with Customer Service process\n\nSupport with development of Business getters\n\nSupport with After Sales Service\n\nEnsure all clients receive the highest standards of customer service\n\nAct as an ambassador for CDM supporting the store to meet its targets\n\nTreat all customer data with the upmost confidentiality and sensitivity\n\nAttend team meetings and make a positive contribution to discussion\n\nSupport where required in supporting the team to maximise the department/boutique’s performance\n\nCarry out any additional duties as directed by the Management Team\n\nProfile\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills\nCustomer service oriented\nExpertise in Excel\nHigh level of accuracy and attention to detail\nProactive and sense of initiative\nProblem-solving skills\nStrong Team player\n\nAdditional information\nMust be able to work full time (40 hours per week
