This role is designed for a proven agency sales leader with a strong track record of consulting with agencies across account teams, centers of excellence, investment teams and agency leadership.  We are looking for someone to help sign new agencies, consult on the ever-changing AI Marketing landscape, and ultimately bring on new logos.\n\nYou will be responsible for navigating Agency leadership and Account teams, evangelizing Bluefish and educating on GEO/AIO generally. Success in this role requires a driven seller with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to help consult with agencies on the future of AI Marketing.  In this role you will need to become an expert in the AI-driven marketing landscape—positioning our platform to unlock innovation and deliver measurable business impact for brands.  \n\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\n\nUse your network to engage with prospective account teams, landing new customer relationships with the largest brands in the world.  \n\nRapidly deliver exceptional results, taking ownership of revenue targets and consistently demonstrating the ability to exceed ambitious goals. \n\nPartner with agencies to support and influence development of an AI Marketing business solution\n\nDevelop and ensure strong partnerships and sustained revenue growth. \n\nPresent and position our unique value proposition, demonstrating ROI and how our solutions address critical business challenges for enterprise customers. \n\nDrive the sales process end-to-end, including prospecting, negotiation, contracting, and closing, ensuring milestones and quotas are consistently achieved.\n\nMaintain an accurate and dynamic sales pipeline, qualifying opportunities to ensure a steady stream of high-value customers. \n\nQualifications\n\n5+ years of experience with either Data, Platform or Media Sales to a Agency Holding Company\n\nProven track record of achieving revenue goals and delivering exceptional results \n\nAbility to identify and capitalize on market opportunities to drive business growth\n\nFamiliarity with AI concepts but willingness to roll up sleeves and learn more\n\nStrong understanding of SaaS platforms, AI technologies, and their applications in the advertising, marketing, or enterprise solutions space \n\nSuperb communication, collaboration, and analytical abilities  \n\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment \n\nBe comfortable working in a small team\n\nAbility to start as an individual contributor, with potential for future role expansion \n\nWillingness to travel  \n\n \n\nAbout Bluefish:\n\nBluefish believes that AI represents the next major chapter of the internet – and that consumers will increasingly use AI to consume information and media online.
