This role is critical for owning and continuously improving key parts of the rider journey. You will be responsible for identifying friction points and unmet needs to drive improvements in conversion, engagement, retention, and overall customer satisfaction across our customer-facing platform.\n\nYOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:\n\nEnd to end own and continuously improve key parts of the rider journey.\n\nIdentify friction points, drop-offs, and unmet needs using data, research, and direct user feedback.\n\nDrive improvements in conversion, engagement, retention, and overall customer satisfaction.\n\nTranslate business goals and user insights into clear problem statements and high-impact opportunities\n\nValidate ideas through experiments, rapid prototyping, and data-driven decision-making.\n\nBalance short-term wins with long-term platform improvements.\n\nBuild strong partnerships with engineering, design, data, marketing, operations, and other teams\n\nAlign stakeholders around clear goals and success metrics.\n\nCommunicate vision, progress, and trade-offs effectively.\n\nTO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:\n\n7+ years of experience as a Product Manager, within a fast-paced environment on a multi million customer facing product such as mobility, food delivery etc \n\nStrong, proven experience with discovery and delivery.
