As a Senior Producer on our team, you will oversee all aspects of event production, collaborating with other teams on concept development, and ensuring flawless execution. This role requires agility, professionalism, attention to detail, and grace under pressure. Join us in crafting extraordinary and transformative experiences.\n\nJob Responsibilities:\n\nProject Delivery\n\nProvide seamless pre-production & on-site execution across multiple projects\n\nManage and execute programs up to $1MM++, taking full ownership of production processes \n\nEnsure project / program is delivered on-time, within budget, and exceeds client expectations \n\nServe as a key communicator between cross-functional teams and agency partners\n\nEnsure projects are resourced effectively and efficiently, both for project team as well as external vendors\n\nClient Management\n\nBuild and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring that all client needs are addressed and executed in a timely manner\n\nOwn all client communications regarding production timelines, budget tracking, and program logistics\n\nBudget Management\n\nDevelop and manage project budgets for both their own programs and direct reports\n\nOversee invoice coordination, vendor payments, and budget reconciliations\n\nWork closely with finance teams to ensure timely and accurate project closeouts\n\nTeam Management\n\nDemonstrates ability to manage & lead large project teams as well as 2+ direct reports\n\nWork closely with production leadership to develop training and growth plans for team members including goal setting and tracking in performance management system\n\nSet regular check-ins with teams to discuss project related work and feedback in a timely manner   \n\nFoster a collaborative and productive work environment to ensure all deliverables are met\n\nConduct ongoing mentorship and training sessions to foster career development\n\nEnsure team compliance with timesheet tracking, expense reporting, and onboarding policies\n\nInterview and hire full time and freelance support to guarantee projects are flawlessly executed within target margin\n\nEnsure all team members are on-boarding temporary production staff in accordance with company policy\n\nQualifications:\n\n8+ years of proven event production experience required, with at least 2-3 years of management experience\n\nStrong knowledge of Production role as it pertains to cross-departmental workflows \n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\n\nExtraordinary organizational skills, self-motivation and intuition\n\nClient focus with attention to detail, flexibility and accountability for results\n\nStrong leadership and team coaching skills\n\nAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced, agency environment\n\nStrong proficiency in Microsoft and Apple applications, team project software, social media sites\n\nThorough understanding of permitting standards (Including but not limited to TPA, Special Event, Fire, Health & Safety, Building & Safety, Noise, etc.) and ability to successfully manage production timelines and needs as related to permit procurement\n\nKnowledge of fabrication/scenic and technical production.\n\nRequirements: \n\nMust be able to remain in a stationary position 50% or more of the time while working remotely and in a standing position 50% or more of the time while working onsite  \n\nRegularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally heavier items\n\nWhile working onsite, must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions as needed \n\nHave a valid Driver’s License \n\nAvailable to work weekends and evenings as needed for event\n\nLocation: We are a hybrid company with hub locations in Los Angeles and New York. NVE intends to provide a competitive total compensation package which includes a variety of incentives, benefits, growth and developmental opportunities.
