Our published clinical research shows that our combined clinical and behavioural approach helps patients lose significantly more weight during their treatment with Juniper by four times.\n\nOur Growth Story:\n\n130% YoY revenue growth and a 90% reduction in cash burn, with $100M+ raised from investors including BOND, NewView, Blackbird and Airtree.\n\nSupported over 350k patients living with obesity across our 5 markets\n\nReceived selective NICE endorsement to provide services to the NHS.\n\nTailored our offering to thousand of patients in Germany and Japan\n\n \n\nAbout the Role\n\nWe’re looking for a CRM Executive to own the execution and optimisation of Juniper AU’s lifecycle communications across email, SMS, and in-app.\n\nYou’ll join the Product Growth team for Juniper Australia, working across conversion, retention, and cross-sell. A core KPI for this role is reactivation — building and improving automated win-back flows that encourage previous patients to re-engage.\n\nThis is a hands-on, execution-focused role with clear impact on both patient experience and business outcomes.\n\nWhat you’ll do:\n\nExecute CRM campaigns across email, SMS, and in-app messaging in line with Juniper’s patient journey strategy.\n\nManage and optimise automated lifecycle flows (onboarding, follow-up, retention, and reactivation) to improve engagement and patient outcomes.\n\nUse segmentation and behavioural insights to personalise messaging across patient cohorts.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional partners (copywriting, design, growth, analytics, medical teams) to ensure communications are clear, empathetic, and effective.\n\nRun an A/B test engine to improve engagement and conversion performance.\n\nReport on CRM performance weekly, surfacing insights and opportunities.\n\nMaintain CRM hygiene, compliance, and documentation.\n\nExplore and implement new tools and tactics for CRM personalisation and workflow efficiency.\n\nAbout You\n\n2–4 years’ experience in CRM, lifecycle, or growth marketing (DTC, health tech, or consumer brands preferred).\n\nHands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Customer.io, Klaviyo or a similar ESP) and marketing automation.\n\nStrong understanding of segmentation, automation, and lifecycle metrics.\n\nFamiliarity with design direction and content creation by inputting copy and assets into CRM templates (Figma familiarity is a plus)\n\nExcellent written communication skills with an ability to write clear, empathetic messaging.\n\nComfortable analysing campaign data and using insights to optimise campaigns.\n\nCollaborative, proactive, and eager to work across teams in a fast-moving environment.\n\nA patient-first mindset with a desire to create exceptional experiences, not just “good” ones.\n\n \n\nNice-to-Haves\n\nFamiliarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Metabase etc.) is a plus.\n\nProactive in using AI tools to streamline copywriting and creative workflows while maintaining brand tone\n\nInterest in process improvement, using internal systems and AI writing tools to scale lifecycle learnings efficiently\n\nWhy This Role is Exciting\n\nOwnership within a growth team: You’ll own key lifecycle flows and communication touchpoints that matter to patients.\n\nImpactful work: Your messages will help patients feel supported and confident throughout their health journey.\n\nCross-functional collaboration: Work closely with design, copy, product growth, and analytics.\n\nFast-paced environment: A chance to learn quickly, test boldly, and see the impact of your work.\n\nHere’s What Makes Joining Euc Unique\n\nWhat’s next – Our goal for the next three years is to support 1 million patients globally to live better for longer.
