Combining artistry and commerce – our lead artists drive targets through building lasting customer relationships and showcasing exceptional artistry. A lead artist has a track record of delivering results at retail artist level and can lead by example and coach retail artist teams to succeed.\n\nKey Accountabilities\n\n- Lead by example to consistently achieve and exceed personal sales goals and KPI’s\n- Create brand awareness through the sharing and demonstration of strong product knowledge\n- Be proactive in booking appointments and maximizing every consultation\n- Take every opportunity to extend exceptional customer service beyond the in-store experience; driving the customer database for direct marketing opportunities within Company guidelines\n- Be an inspiration to the team, demonstrating exceptional artistry; giving on the spot coaching and feedback to develop the Retail Artists\n- Fluency in Charlotte Tilbury’s makeup style, language and expertise in product knowledge\n- Drive masterclasses and event activity in-store, ensure appointments are fully booked\n- Bring active support and initiative for counter events/new product launches; sharing ideas\n- Demonstrate immaculate grooming standards always, reflecting your makeup look and in accordance with the Charlotte Tilbury grooming guidelines\n\nYour Skills and Experience\n\n- Passionate for the Charlotte Tilbury brand\n- Engaging and personable\n- Good communication and presentation skills\n- Experienced artist\n- Proven track record in driving personal sales\n- Customer facing experience\n- Social Media presence\n- Experience of managing and planning in-store events\n\n- We offer a structured induction programme – Charlotte’s Magic Academy.
