to the Retail Director, the purpose of this position is to develop and maximize the retail business.  \n\nThis position is responsible to provide support to the Store Managers in order to achieve sales budget, to create a differentiated client experience from our main competitors, and to implement all retail initiatives of the brand in close coordination with the Retail Support and Learning Director.  \n\nSupporting the Retail Director, this position is also responsible to promote, establish and maintain relationships with Department stores and execute strategic plans that drive positive retail results.\n\nResponsibilities\nManage the overall retail network for the designated department stores\n\nEnsure effective use of all resources to reflect business strategy and meet sales goals\n\nUphold excellent standards of customer service; motivate the teams to achieve sales goals through appropriate incentives\n\nProvide active coordination of store managers' team; inspire high motivation and achievements\n\nSupervise store managers in performance of all store’s operations including sales, staff, merchandise and location management\n\nJointly with the store managers, hire, train, guide, post, rotate, and evaluate staff\n\nOversee effective organization of sales teams including clear job allocations, time scheduling, performance monitoring, on-the-job training and motivation of staff\n\nFoster and coordinate decentralized training plan for new and existing staff; encourage and support individual staff development and mobility\n\nPromote and maintain harmonious staff relations\n\nEnsure that the highest standard of housekeeping both on and off the sales floor at all times are maintained\n\nEnforce company policies and procedures\n\nLead business development\n\nStudy and follow local trading environment and trends, including competition and tourism markets and follow up\n\nInitiate action plan targeting each clientele categories to develop sales and services (local/tourists)\n\nDevelop a strong relational network with all relevant business organization\n\nApprove all personnel actions at the store level and take responsibility for preparing human resources to future needs and challenges\n\nDirect functions of set volume goals, analyze current sales trends\n\nPlan and take necessary steps to have optimum stock levels, appropriate merchandize mix and correct inventory control\n\nUndertake local Client Development in close collaboration with brand communication team and general management\n\nPropose and coordinate local marketing, customer relation and promotional strategies; supervise the planning and implementation of those strategies\n\nEnsure effective, exciting, and timely visual merchandizing in windows and displays in respect of brand guidelines\n\nActively promote and market the brand to local market and business world\n\nNurture positive long-term business relations\n\nPropose and participate in public relations events bringing in positive exposure to the brand image\n\nCoordinate high profile events such as Valentine's, Mother's Day, VIP functions to promote sales and brand image\n\nEffectively implement and promote Clientele programs to grow business in local market\n\nEnsure efficient administrative management, upwards communication, and reporting\n\nPlan and budget in terms of sales forecast, headcount requirements, financial requirements etc...\n\nApprove requests (all leave and purchase) that affect store's operations\n\nImplement group internal procedures and shrinkage control guidelines to prevent inventory discrepancies\n\nImplement and support all security measures\n\nProvide clear and informative business review\n\nInvolved in minor works in the stores\n\nProfile\nExperience as a Retail Manager for 5-8 years.   \nMinimum education: B.A. degree \nExcellent analytical, management, supervisory and administrative skills.  Proven ability to lead and motivate staff and to drive sales. \nMust possess a professional presentation.  Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally. \nThe ability to work with minimum supervision, using initiative and independent judgment to self-start and follow-up on varied tasks in a timely and virtually error-free manner. \nComputer literacy.  The ability to manipulate a keyboard and utilize a variety of software. \nHigh attention to detail. \nAble to enforce company policy in a flexible, humane manner without compromising them. \nFluent
