Want more of the story?\n\n About the team and position\nThe Loan Documentation Specialist works primarily to ensure that all collateral documents are provided to their end destination. The Specialist will contact internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner when documents are inaccurate or incomplete and ensure that post-loan closing and servicing are supported. In this role you will: \n\nProcess loan documentation corrections, identifying and seeking missing paperwork or information (e.g., prepare and submit documents, data and records according to department procedures and regulations). \n\nResearching and resolving discrepancies. \n\nRecords and shares updated information. \n\nEnsure the perfected title is received. \n\nInternal customer service by receiving inquiries and responding to a variety of questions. \n\nOutbound communications to customers, government agencies, and other partner companies. \n\nCommunicate and collaborate effectively with teams across Carvana. \n\nThis is a full-time, in-office, hourly position with an assigned schedule.\n\nWhat you should know\n\n1-2 years of work experience in an administrative or data entry capacity. \n\nAbility to communicate and interact with others effectively in a professional, courteous manner. \n\nAbility to manage, organize, and reconcile multiple sources of information with accuracy. \n\nComputer literacy and data entry accuracy. \n\nAble to work independently with minimal supervision in a team environment. \n\nAbility to adapt to change. \n\nEnthusiasm and energy to contribute to and thrive in a rapidly growing start-up atmosphere where roles continually adapt as the company evolves.\n\nWe’d love it if you also have: \n\nA bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. \n\nExperience working with auto titles, loans, etc.\n\nOther requirements\nTo be able to do your job at Carvana, there are some basic requirements we want to share with you.\n\nMust be able to read, write, speak and understand English.\n\nOf course, we’ll make any reasonable accommodations for those with disabilities to perform the essential functions of their jobs. \n\nLegal stuff\nHiring is contingent on passing a complete background check.
