You must meet all qualification requirements upon the closing date of this announcement.\n\nAssistant United States Attorneys prosecute all criminal and civil cases brought by the federal government and defend the United States in civil cases. As needed, additional positions may be filled using this announcement for other units in the Criminal or Civil Division.\n\nAUSAs in the Health Care Fraud Unit improve the quality of life for Massachusetts residents by prosecuting crimes that include violations of the Anti-Kickback Statute, Food Drug & Cosmetic Act violations, and healthcare fraud-based offenses.
