At Bulgari, you are encouraged to demonstrate your potential by pursuing the career direction that suits your natural talents.\n\n \n\nBVLGARI is looking for an energetic and highly driven Retail Excellence and Commercial Trainer to join our dynamic team here in Singapore.\n\n \n\nJob Purpose:\nAs part of the South Asia regional training team, your Mission is to support and develop the sales team in delivering the best client experience corresponding to our Commercial Training direction and contributing to the stores’ business goals across different channels.\n\n \n\nAbout the JOB\nIn this role your duties will include:\n\nDeliver Bulgari’s training strategy within your defined stores, partnering with Store Managers to roll out training modules.\n\nAnimate the category of ambassadors appointed through local activities, all year long\n\nAbility & confidence to present to external stakeholders during events e.g. Regional High Jewelry showrooms/Media events/Prospecting events organized by other departments.\n\nDrive retail excellence KPIs through data dashboard analysis and in partnership with Store Managers to work on specific action plans to drive commercial strategy.\n\nPlan and manage Client Advisor’s learning roadmap through identification and tracking of training modules and providing ongoing feedback to Store Managers and Country Leads on the performance of individual Client Advisors.\n\nActively drive corporate focus through sustained in-store coaching contributing to the culture of shop-floor focus and positive recognition. (target 60% of time in store)\n\nAccountable for co-ordination of training events to be organized in class/in store or digital sessions deployed by the trainer or external consultants.\n\nIdentify skills gap and initiate locally driven trainings to improve skills set/level of Client Advisors.\n\nResponsible markets; Singapore, Malaysia and Philippines\n\nProfile\nAbout YOU:\nWe are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:\n\nWith minimum of 5 years of training execution, design expertise and project management experience, preferably in Luxury brands.\nStrong interpersonal, communication, negotiation and presentation skills.\nAble to do in-store coaching and possess training methodologies (processes, techniques and tools).\nExcellent command of both written and spoken English and 1 other language preferred.\nStrong classroom training engagement and delivery.\nBased in Singapore office, willing to travel.\n\nAdditional information\nBulgari is an equal opportunity employer.
