In this role you will manage the implementation and operation of the ERP system and related systems in accordance with the company’s requirements and needs. Role and Responsibilities • Solves the daily problems of the company regarding logistics, operations, sales, marketing and material management in S/4HANA; • Finds solutions for problems generated by the system; • Transmits issues to European Office or Corporate when necessary; • Is in charge of the material database through the CIS (Code Information System) management system; • Manages the company's Workflows based on the confirmation from Risk team; • Participate in NERP-connected projects of different sizes; (NERP - Next Generation – Enterprise Resource Planning) • Carry out research, tests and analyzes to find solutions that meet the needs of companies • Checks EDI messages and resolves any integration errors Skills and Qualifications • Minimum 5 years of experience as user support on several S/4HANA modules (preferably FI & SD & LE) • Experience in S/4HANA implementation projects is a plus • Experience in implementing and maintaining EDI messages with XML processing • Experience in an EDI implementation project with a logistics partner • Experience in a SAP customization project • Bachelor’s Degree • Advanced English knowledge * Please visit Samsung membership to see Privacy Policy, which defaults according to your location, at: https://account.samsung.com/membership/policy/privacy.
