Any outreach claiming to be from Fingerprint via other sources should be ignored.\n\n \n\n \n\n \n\n \n\nWe are looking for a strategic HR Business Partner to support our Revenue and Marketing organizations during a period of fast scaling and operational maturation. This is not a reactive HR generalist role, it is an embedded partner to leadership, helping shape org design, elevate manager capability, and proactively address performance and communication. You will work closely with the VP of Sales, VP of Marketing, and senior managers to drive clarity, accountability, and leadership maturity at scale.\n\nWhat You’ll Own\n\nStrategic Partnership\n\nProvide thought partnership to Revenue & Marketing leaders on scaling, org structure, role clarity, and team effectiveness\n\nIdentify talent gaps, succession risks, and opportunities to level-up leadership behaviors\n\nManager Effectiveness & Leadership Coaching\n\nCoach Sales, Customer Success, Sales Engineering and Marketing managers on feedback, difficult conversations, performance management, and decision-making\n\nBuild leadership capability using Fingerprint’s Leadership Rubric\n\nOrg & Team Health\n\nDiagnose team dynamics, alignment issues, and friction points; drive interventions that improve execution and trust\n\nEnable high-quality communication and collaboration across teams\n\nPerformance & Talent\n\nLead calibration cycles, talent assessments, performance processes, and compensation cycles \n\nGuide leaders through rigorous documentation, PIPs, and talent actions when needed\n\nChange Leadership\n\nPartner with leaders on implementing new systems, processes, and cultural expectations as we scale\n\nImprove communication clarity and speed across our globally distributed team\n\nPeople Operations for Revenue & Marketing\n\nServe as a functional lead for GTM employee relations, policy interpretation, and compliance (in partnership with People Ops)\n\nWhat You Bring\n\n5-10 years in an HRBP role supporting technical teams in high-growth SaaS or product-driven companies\n\nStrong ability to influence without authority and build trust with senior leaders\n\nExperience diagnosing organizational issues and designing interventions that improve execution\n\nComfortable operating with incomplete information and creating clarity in ambiguity\n\nDeep coaching experience with managers and senior ICs\n\nAbility to quickly understand GTM environments, role types, and how sales and customer-facing teams operate\n\nHigh judgment, calm communication, and a bias toward action over theatrics\n\nProficiency in MAC OS \n\nFor US-based employees, the cash base compensation range for this role is $130,000 – $150,000. This role includes a bonus. We set standard ranges for all US roles based on function, level, and geographic location, benchmarked against similar stage growth companies. To comply with local legislation and provide greater transparency, we share salary ranges on all job postings.
