This role requires deep hands-on experience in Salesforce testing, implementing test automation frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines, combined with strong consulting skills to collaborate with clients, architects, developers, and business stakeholders.\n\n## The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who can define Test strategies, drive automation best practices, and ensure high-quality, scalable Salesforce solutions across clouds and integrations.\n\n## Key Responsibilities\n\n## Salesforce Testing & Automation:\n\n- ## Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for Salesforce applications (UI, API, and integration testing).\n- ## Lead end-to-end testing of Salesforce implementations including Core Clouds, Industry Clouds, and custom applications.\n- ## Develop and execute test strategies, test plans, and test cases aligned with business and technical requirements.\n- ## Perform functional, regression, system, integration, and UAT support testing for Salesforce releases.\n- ## Validate complex Salesforce integrations with external systems using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.\n- ## Ensure data integrity and security through data validation and testing across environments.\n\n## DevOps & Release Management:\n\n- ## Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).\n- ## Support Salesforce release cycles, deployments, and post-release validation.\n- ## Collaborate with development teams to enable shift-left testing and continuous quality practices.\n\n## Technical Leadership & Consulting:\n\n- ## Act as a Test Automation technical advisor for Salesforce projects, recommending best practices and tools.\n- ## Mentor junior Automation engineers and provide guidance on automation standards and frameworks.\n- ## Participate in solution design discussions to ensure testability, scalability, and quality from early stages.\n- ## Work closely with clients to understand business processes and translate them into robust QA strategies.\n\n## Quality Governance & Reporting:\n\n- ## Define and track quality metrics, test coverage, and defect trends.\n- ## Manage defect lifecycle using tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.\n- ## Provide clear, concise test reports and quality assessments to stakeholders.\n\n## Required Technical Skills\n\n## Experience:\n\n- ## 6+ years of hands-on experience Test Automation for Salesforce applications and integrations .\n\n## Salesforce Expertise:\n\n- ## Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce platform testing, including:\n\n## Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Industry Clouds\n- ## Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows\n- ## Solid understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, and security model.\n\n- ## Experience testing Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.\n\n## Test Automation & Tools:\n\n- ## Proven experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or equivalent.\n- ## Strong experience with API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured, SoapUI).\n- ## Exposure to BDD frameworks (Cucumber, SpecFlow) is a plus.\n- ## Experience with test data management and environment coordination.\n- ## Experience with Provar, CRT or any equivalent commercial automation Tool\n\n## DevOps & Engineering:\n\n- ## Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git).\n- ## Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC.\n\n## Required Soft Skills & Consulting Competencies:\n\n- ## Excellent verbal and written communication skills.\n- ## Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience.\n- ## Proven ability to lead QA initiatives and influence technical decisions.\n- ## Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\n- ## Ability to mentor team members and promote a quality-first mindset.\n- ## Strong organisational and time-management skills.\n- ## Comfortable working in fast-paced, multi-project environments.\n\n## Preferred Qualifications:\n\n- ## Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform Developer, or relevant Salesforce credentials).\n- ##
