In service of this goal, they will drive strategy and collaborate with a range of stakeholders across business development, product, partnerships, legal, finance, ops, and other areas, with an eye to aligning relevant teams on deal strategy, budgets, negotiations, and deepening partner relationships. They will be an accelerant to complex, high intensity projects, bringing together the right deal-making and relationships to advance key priorities in a highly collaborative manner.\n\nThe ideal candidate will bring demonstrated experience and contacts in blanket music licensing deals with record labels and/or music publishers. They will bring a proven track record in negotiations & deal-making, solving complex problems, and leading cross-functional teams.
