By building meaningful relationships with your clients, you will become an expert on their every need you will tailor their experience within our store to elevate their experience and impression of Fendi while building long lasting relationships which will be maintained through the usage of our in-house clienteling tools and systems.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nAchieve all Client Advisor critical metrics and CRM requirements.\n\nMeet or exceed store, category, and individual sales goals.\n\nFollow all store guidelines.\n\nBuild and maintain client books; follow-through with clients concerns, inquiries; maintain customer correspondence to build clientele, improve relationships and drive business.\n\nAssist with special requests, which include but are not limited to repairs, special orders, returns, etc.\n\nAdhere to all store policies and procedures.\n\nParticipate in vital stocking/restocking of the store.\n\nProficient and accurate use of POS system and other software as the need arises, updating customer database.\n\nAcquire product knowledge, company information and history.\n\nKeep up to date with company news and be familiar with the competition.\n\nMaintain a professional appearance and follow FENDI dress code, grooming, and uniform standards.\n\nPerform regular store maintenance functions as needed or assigned.\n\nMay have responsibility for opening/closing the store as needed, including morning team meetings.\n\nAssist in maintaining visual standards with direction from VM, corporate and management.\n\nMust maintain open/ongoing communication and positive relationship with store management, peers, and other levels of company personnel.\n\nBe a positive role model, always representing the brand appropriately.\n\nParticipate in the training of new Client Advisors (product knowledge, store procedures, company policies).\n\nParticipate and prepare for monthly team meetings.\n\nAdhere to loss prevention standards.\n\nFollow all health and safety guidelines.\n\nQualifications:\n\nMinimum 3 years’ experience, luxury retail preferred\n\nStrong drive for results; goal oriented\n\nExcellent communication skills: the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing\n\nAbility to use POS system and its inventory management functions\n\nRTW experience preferred\n\nForeign language skills are a plus\n\nAbility to work in a collaborative team environment\n\nAbility to lift boxes / weight up to 10lbs\n\nMinimum High School Diploma\n\nOrganizational and strong digital literacy required\n\nMust have flexible availability, some nights, weekends, and holidays\n\nAt our Maison, we offer a generous benefits package including medical insurance, bonus structure, paid time off, holiday pay, 401k, automatic employee contribution, and more.\n\nWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
