role oversees the execution of Tiffany’s High Jewelry business and VIP client development initiatives in Korea, operating under the strategic direction of the Director and in alignment with global guidance.\n\nThe Manager leads the planning and delivery of global and local High Jewelry events, VIP client engagement programs, and daily business-driving activations, ensuring strong commercial impact and operational excellence.\n\n  Reporting to the Director, this role works closely with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive seamless implementation of strategy, deliver premium client experiences, and contribute to measurable sales results.\n\nKey Accountabilities\n\nHigh Jewelry Business & VIP Client Management\n\nImplement High Jewelry and VIP client development strategies in alignment with direction set by the Director and global teams\n\nManage execution of client recruitment and relationship-building initiatives\n\nDrive client engagement programs that increase loyalty and repeat High Jewelry purchases\n\nMonitor performance metrics and support sales target achievement\n\nIdentify opportunities for improvement and proactively recommend action plans\n\nEvents & Client Engagement Management\n\nManage end-to-end execution of global and local High Jewelry events\n\nEnsure smooth coordination with global stakeholders and local cross-functional teams\n\nTranslate global frameworks into impactful local activations\n\nManage external vendors and partners to ensure premium execution standards\n\nOversee in-store activations, curated client experiences, and strategic gifting programs\n\nOperations, Reporting & Budget Control\n\nManage and track event and program budgets\n\nPrepare performance reports and business updates\n\nMaintain accurate trackers related to clients, events, and sales impact\n\nEnsure operational alignment and process follow-up across teams\n\nRequired Qualifications\n\nUniversity graduate or more\n\nMinimum 10+ years of professional work experience\n\nStrong English & Korean communication skills required (written and verbal)\n\nHigh level of ownership, responsibility, and reliability\n\nProactive, positive, and action-oriented mindset\n\nStrong teamwork and collaboration skills\n\nPassion for client experience and premium brand environments\n\nProficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nWorking experience in global luxury organization\n\nJewelry & Watch industry experience\n\nSolid knowledge base on gemstone, jewelry and timepieces – GIA Certification is a
