You’ll play a key role in creating a positive experience for our customers by ensuring orders are accurate, well-prepared, and safely loaded.\n\nIn This Role\n\nPick and stage orders for customer pickup \n\nLoad and unload container and or trucks\n\nLoad product safely into customers' vehicles\n\nStage and organize customers invoices\n\nScan inventory into correct storage locations\n\nTransfer finished materials to designated areas within the warehouse\n\nIdentify items on all paperwork, including customer orders, labels, manifests, packing lists, stock receipts, and bills of lading\n\nMaintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment, adhering to safety protocols and company policies\n\nMeet productivity requirements as needed\n\nOther duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualifications\n\nUphold the Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands Team\n\nBe open and honest\n\nReach for excellence\n\nAct with responsibility\n\nValue the whole person\n\nEnjoy the journey\n\nThe Ideal Person\n\n1+ year of experience in warehouse/distribution center operations\n\nHigh school diploma or GED required\n\nBasic computer skills, including familiarity with warehouse management systems, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook\n\nPhysical ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently and maneuver items up to 225 lbs with assistance\n\nComfortable with continuous walking, standing, stooping, bending, pushing, and reaching for up to 8 hours per day in a warehouse environment\n\nWillingness to work overtime as needed\n\nSteel-toed boots or shoes are required during work hours\n\n \nAbout Four Hands\n\nHeadquartered in Austin, Texas, since 1996, Four Hands crafts furniture, art and décor — pieces that are all about creating space.
