This is a US based role, reporting to the Global Vice President-Data Security. The Zscaler Sales and Go-to-Market team is a global group of professionals who are passionate about delighting our customers, nurturing trusted partnerships, and sharing their expertise to drive a secure, cloud-enabled digital future. You will lead a high-performing team to demonstrate the power and agility of Zscaler cloud transformation to the world.\n\nWhat you’ll do (Role Expectations)\n\nRecruit, hire, and develop world-class specialist sales talent while building development plans to coach and motivate the team to overachieve on targets\n\nAct as the GM of your business to create a strategic plan for success and provide accurate monthly, quarterly, and yearly forecasts\n\nAlign with regional sales leadership, field sales, marketing, and partners to prioritize focused revenue attainment within a matrixed organization\n\nEngage with Product Management, Product Marketing, Services, and other cross-functional teams to drive continuous performance improvement\n\nWho You Are (Success Profile)\n\nYou thrive in ambiguity. You love what you do and you do it with purpose.\n\nWhat We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)\n\n10+ years of full-cycle sales experience within the software or security industry\n\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience\n\nProgressive selling experience engaging with enterprise accounts and selling at the C-Level\n\n3+ years of leadership experience managing a high-performing team\n\nWhat Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)\n\nProven experience leading a product specialist sales team or prior experience as a product sales specialist in a matrix environment\n\nRecent experience in the Data Security industry with a passionate point of view to share with customers and partners\n\nProficiency in data-driven territory management to guide strategic business decisions\n\n#LI-remote #LI-BR1\nZscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level.
