This role will be responsible for supporting the Workplace Experience, Operations, and Real Estate functions within the Global Real Estate department, while performing and presenting analyses related to real‑time space occupancy, operational services, labor resources, and cost management. This role will be located in our New York office. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.\n\nResponsibilities & Qualifications\n\nOther key responsibilities include:\n\nDeveloping and integrating relevant tools and datasets to support a holistic lifecycle of data‑informed workplace strategies\n\nConverting analyses into actionable recommendations for stakeholders by leveraging compelling data visualizations and presentations\n\nPreparing firmwide expense budgets for multiple accounts and vendor contracts using cost modeling and historical trend analyses\n\nEngaging with office teams on training and reporting needs to ensure data fluency and data integrity\n\nSupporting special projects as needed\n\nProtecting and maintaining any highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and/or proprietary information that Latham & Watkins retains\n\nWe’d love to hear from you if you:\n\nPossess knowledge of basic general ledger, budgeting, and budget variance analysis\n\nExhibit strong analytical skills needed for all primary duties of the position, including comprehending and communicating data\n\nDemonstrate comfort working with large datasets, with an emphasis on consistent and accurate reporting\n\nAnd have:\n\nA bachelor’s degree\n\nA master’s degree, professional certification, or extended education in a related field, preferably\n\nA minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in reporting and analysis\n\nRelevant experience at a professional services firm or Fortune 500 company\n\nBenefits & Additional Information\n\nSuccessful candidates will not only be provided with an outstanding career opportunity and welcoming environment, but will also be provided with a generous total compensation package with bonuses awarded in recognition of both individual and firm performance.
