This role offers structured exposure to HR operations within a luxury Maison, working closely with the Senior HR Manager on people processes, reporting, and employee lifecycle management.\n\nResponsibilities\nHR Operations and Employee Lifecycle\nSupport onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring documentation accuracy and compliance\nPrepare HR letters and official communications\nMaintain employee files, both digital and physical, in line with internal standards\nMonitor probation confirmations, contract renewals, and mobility updates\nEnsure HR trackers are accurate and up to date\n\nInterview Coordination\nCoordinate with the Talent Acquisition Manager on interviews between candidates and hiring managers\nPrepare structured interview packs and evaluation templates\nEnsure smooth scheduling and follow up\nMaintain updated recruitment progress reports\n\nHR Reporting and Analytics\nSupport preparation of monthly HR reports and management presentations\nAssist in analyzing workforce data and identifying trends\n\nHR Projects and Initiatives\nSupport preparation of workshop materials and internal HR presentations\nAssist in organizing HR initiatives and focus groups\nContribute to at least one independent HR project during the internship\n\nProfile\nProfile\nUniversity student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business
