We combine traditional VFX craft with emerging AI-driven techniques to reduce cost, speed up iteration and preserve high quality finish.\n\nRole summary\n\nWe are hiring a senior Post Producer to lead bidding, budgeting and workflow design for a VFX-heavy feature films. The role will define a repeatable, productionised approach that blends AI-driven processes with conventional comp, roto, 3D and cleanup. You will own the commercial and operational delivery model for VFX across pre-production and post.\n\nKey responsibilities\n\nLead VFX bid and budget creation for feature film scope\n• Break down sequences and shots, produce detailed shot lists and task lists suitable for vendor and internal costing\n• Translate creative VFX requirements into realistic vendor scopes, staffing plans and delivery milestones\n• Design and document a hybrid workflow that combines AI tools with traditional comp, roto, 3D and cleanup, including handoffs, approvals and quality gates\n• Build vendor strategy: selection, negotiation, rate cards, pipeline integration and SLAs\n• Create costed staffing models and vendor splits with contingency planning and risk mitigation\n• Set up and run ShotGrid, ftrack or equivalent tracking, delivery and review systems and integrate with studio task management tools\n• Manage post schedules, resource allocation and timely deliveries through to final delivery and certification\n• Provide day to day post production supervision and quality control during editorial and online phases\n• Produce sample budgets or reference rate cards for stakeholders and commissioners\n\nMust have\n\nSignificant experience bidding and producing VFX for feature films with demonstrable credits on VFX heavy features\n• Strong track record producing accurate, defensible feature-level VFX budgets and vendor bids\n• Hands on experience with shot breakdowns, vendor costing and creating productionised workflows for complex VFX projects\n• Proven vendor management and negotiation experience across comp, roto, 3D and cleanup vendors\n• Practical familiarity with post tracking tools such as ShotGrid, Nuke, Maya, Houdini or equivalent pipelines\n• Excellent stakeholder communication and the ability to present budgets and workflow proposals to producers and financiers\n\nNice to have\n\nPractical understanding of AI-enabled workflows and tools used in image and video generation, enhancement or automation\n• Experience integrating AI processes into a VFX pipeline\n• Experience working with distributed editorial and VFX teams, remote review platforms and high throughput delivery models\n• Experience with cost per minute or cost per shot pricing frameworks for features","visa_sponsorship":null,"experience_years_min":null,"job_address":null,"job_city":null,"job_state":null,"job_country":null,"location_lat":34.0536909,"location_lng":-118.242766,"closed_at":null,"apply_with_ai_eligible":true,"keywords":["communication","stakeholders","stakeholder","distributed","performance","negotiation","production","automation","commercial","pipelines","workflows","handoffs","strategy","pipeline","internal","budgets","Houdini","vendors","design","teams","craft","video","speed","Maya","VFX","AI","3D"],"company":{"name":"Wonder Studios","slug":"wonder-studios","logo_url":"https://img.logo.dev/wonder.com?token=pk_fWx5G5QrQMm-0Ud8BW3mBg&size=64&format=png","description":"Wonder Studios is an AI-native film and content studio that produces branded campaigns, films, and entertainment experiences by integrating generative AI technology into creative production workflows.","website_url":"https://wonder.com","linkedin_url":"https://www.linkedin.com/company/wearewonderstudios","glassdoor_url":null,"x_url":"https://x.com/wonderstudiosx","instagram_url":"https://www.instagram.com/wearewonderstudios/","youtube_url":"https://www.youtube.com/@WonderStudiosOfficial","github_url":null,"huggingface_url":null,"tiktok_url":"https://www.tiktok.com/@wearewonderstudios","crunchbase_url":null,"facebook_url":null,"employee_count_range":"11-50","employee_count":null,"founded_year":2025,"headquarters":{"address":null,"city":"Paris","country":"FR","lat":48.8588897,"lng":2.320041},"industry":"other","company_type":"startup","total_funding_usd":12000000,"locations":["London, UK","London, United Kingdom","Los Angeles, CA","New York, NY"]},"structured_data":{"@context":"https://schema.org","@type":"JobPosting","@id":"https://worklittle.com/jobs/4o275i1360#job","title":"Post Producer: (Feature Film)","description":"Post Producer: (Feature Film) at Wonder Studios.
