This role has global reach and high impact, with responsibility for delivering critical, enterprise-level initiatives across Corporate Services.\n\nThe preferred candidate will demonstrate deep knowledge of leading practices in corporate services delivery, including supplier and vendor management, operational excellence, and cost optimization.\n\nStakeholder Engagement & Execution\n\n- Engage with stakeholders through clear, timely, and thoughtful communication, demonstrating strong listening skills and appreciation for diverse viewpoints.\n- Build relationships with global senior leaders and influence sourcing and category strategies.\n- Partner with cross-functional teams (Legal, Risk, Data Privacy, Cybersecurity, Finance) to ensure alignment and compliance.\n- Communicate sourcing progress, risks, and outcomes clearly to executive stakeholders.\n- Serve as a trusted procurement advisor, working with the business to design, implement, and scale best-in-class procurement, category management, and supplier management practices.\n\nGovernance, Process & Enablement\n\n- Uphold procurement governance and compliance standards, addressing sourcing-related issues through structured resolution and remediation approaches.\n- Ensure data accuracy and operational transparency by maintaining comprehensive documentation.\n- Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows.\n- Actively support planning, implementation, and change management efforts tied to process optimization across Global Strategic Sourcing.\n- Deliver ongoing guidance and training to internal teams and suppliers on procurement tools, policies, and processes.\n\nPerformance & Reporting\n\n- Deliver against annual cost savings targets and track realized savings.\n- Maintain a prioritized pipeline of sourcing initiatives aligned to Corporate Real Estate and Finance priorities.\n- Provide regular reporting and updates to business partners and leadership.\n\nThis is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager. \n\n## Qualifications\n\nBasic Qualifications:\n\n- 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\n- 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD\n- 4+ years of sourcing and/or procurement experience, preferably within Corporate Real Estate, facilities, construction, physical security, or related services\n- Proven ability to design and deliver category-level sourcing strategies, translating business needs into executable procurement plans\n- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and negotiate complex commercial agreements using data-driven analysis\n- Strong supplier management and stakeholder partnership skills\n- Demonstrated success operating in fast-paced, rapidly evolving organizations\n- Working knowledge of global markets, including hands-on experience managing cross-border sourcing activities\n- Familiarity with procurement technologies, ERP systems, and Source-to-Pay tools\n- Strong data analysis skills using tools such as Excel or Power BI\n- Six Sigma Certification\n\n## Additional Information\n\nWork Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.\n\nTravel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.\n\nMental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.\n\nVisa is an EEO Employer.  Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability or protected veteran status.  Visa will also consider for employment qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with EEOC guidelines and applicable local law.\n\nVisa will consider for employment qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable local law, including the requirements of Article 49 of the San Francisco Police Code.\n\nU.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for this position is 149,800.00 to 240,100.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable).
