Four Hands is where passion meets purpose and where your next chapter begins.\n\nThe Outbound Sales Representative plays a key role in growing our Trade Sales business by building strong relationships and guiding customers through the full sales process. This role blends new business development with ongoing account support, using strong product knowledge, clear communication, and consistent follow-through to support customer needs and drive long-term partnerships.      \n\nIn This Role \n\nParticipate in a 26-week structured training program covering:\n\nProduct knowledge and industry insights\n\nOutbound sales techniques and best practices\n\nCRM and sales software usage\n\nCustomer engagement, objection handling, and closing strategies\n\nConduct outbound calls and follow sales training process to engage potential clients\n\nCollaborate with sales leader and team to refine sales approach\n\nTrack progress to successfully meet training milestones\n\nEstablish foundational sales skills through assessments and role-play exercises\n\nConsistently meet established weekly and monthly sales metrics, demonstrating readiness and performance required to transition into a sales position\n\nManage the full sales cycle from application qualification, customer first touch, onboarding, purchase execution, and account management \n\nUtilize inbound/outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels to generate new business acquisition with new and existing customers \n\nAct as a trusted advisor by leveraging product expertise to identify customer needs and deliver tailored solutions that drive revenue growth \n\nEducate customers on pricing, lead times, and other product specifications as needed \n\nProactively share upcoming product launches, extensions, and special promotions with customers \n\nDevelop and maintain a robust list of prospective customers in Salesforce through marketing leads, trade show contacts, and web inquiries \n\nPartner with Marketing, Sales Operations, and other Sales departments to execute campaigns \n\nUtilize Salesforce CRM to manage and track sales activities, maintaining accurate data for forecasting and reporting \n\nAttend a minimum of 4 industry-related trade shows a year \n\nOther duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualifications   \n\nUphold our Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands team:    \n\nBe open and honest    \n\nReach for excellence    \n\nAct with responsibility    \n\nValue the whole person    \n\nEnjoy the journey     \n\nThe Ideal Person\n\n1+ year of experience in customer service, sales coordination, or a similar role\n\nExperience working efficiently in a fast-paced environment while delivering a polished, personalized experience to high-end customers\n\nAbility to travel and attend trade shows a minimum of 4 times per year\n\nFamiliarity with CRM tools to track activity and manage pipelines (Salesforce preferred) \n\nComfortable leveraging AI tools (Grok, ChatGPT, etc) as needed\n\nExposure to generating and qualifying and converting leads into sales opportunities  \n\nAbility to educate clients and drive product-based solutions through a relationship-building approach\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills with a consultative, customer-focused approach \n\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities at once \n\nAbility to collaborate with cross-functional partners to support sales initiatives and campaigns \n\nAbout Four Hands\n\nHeadquartered in Austin, Texas, since 1996, Four Hands crafts furniture, art and décor — pieces that are all about creating space.
