This role combines technical expertise, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of digital assets to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nManaging a globally distributed team comprising of Solution Architects and Solution Engineers \n\nLead and drive technical and product aspects for pre and post sales activities such as product education, solution architecture, implementation, onboarding, delivery, etc.\n\nContinuous client relationship management that includes understanding client’s business requirements, expectations and technical support\n\nCollaboration and partnership with our Sales, Product Management, Risk, Compliance and Engineering Teams contributing to development of new product features\n\nProvide data and feedback on go to market strategies\n\nManage the DDQ / RFx process \n\nSkills & Experience:\n\nWe are looking for teammates who share and practice our values: open communication, transparency, taking ownership, and a high level of craftsmanship.
