Responsibilities also include supporting the service experience and furniture pick-up process. \n\nRole Responsibilities\n\nBusiness + Visual Operations\n\nSupports product flow processes which include shipment receipt, unpackaging, ticketing, and preparing product for floor placement.\n\nUpholds pricing standards to support brand value proposition\n\nSupports ongoing product assessment to maintain healthy merchandise sell-through and ensure current customer assortment\n\nMaintains organizational standards to support operational efficiency and cleanliness in processing areas, back of house, and salesfloor.\n\nAdheres to store’s safety standards, inventory accuracy, reduction of product loss, and upholds all company policy and procedures to support the profitability of the store \n\nCustomer Experience \n\nInitiates conversation with customers, informing them of current promotions, pricing, and product information \n\nContributes to an organized shopping experience by merchandise recovery as a result of go-backs and misplaced merchandise\n\nCommunication + Relationships   \n\nWorks productively with a team to efficiently unload, unpack, and process all shipment \n\nFacilitates the sharing of relevant information regarding shipment and back of house organization with the team \n\nCommunicates daily with the leadership team on supply needs, flow of shipment, support needs, damage issues, and product discrepancies \n\nEnsures timeliness and accountability to scheduled shifts to support a well-staffed, positive environment\n\nRole Qualifications\n\nWorks well in a team environment\n\nExudes excellent time and project management skills\n\nInterprets direction and asks clarifying questions  \n\nAbility to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights weekends and holidays.\n\nThe Perks\n\nURBN offers comprehensive Perks & Benefits to employees.
