This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, coordinating across teams, and contributing ideas that create real impact. Role and Responsibilities • Support daily operational tasks to ensure smooth workflow. • Project Management and ensure alignment with timelines and deliverable • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project objectives • Conduct market sensing for weekly market insight report • Responsible for the quality and content of all related Project Management, reporting, sensing (market/tech) between Indonesia - Korea and audit coordination for either a Group or significant project area and has preferably overseen a human resources function previously (within a project). Skills and Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration / language and literature or any related Master's Degree • Min. 8 years of experience on Business Administration / Project Management with some supervisory skills. • Experience in a tech company • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, formulas, reporting) • Good in communication, effective verbal and written communications skills in English (Mandatory) • Proactive, initiative-driven, and confident in expressing ideas • Successful track record in setting priorities; keen analytic, organization and problem-solving skills which support and enable sound decision making. • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment • Ability to track project progress and contribute to successful outcome. • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively.
