Because breakthrough AI should move at the speed of ideas, not infrastructure.\n\nWhat You’ll Do\n\n- Assist in the end-to-end planning and execution of corporate events, including trade shows, field dinners, and customer conferences\n- Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, vendor communication, shipping, swag inventory, and on-site setup/teardown\n- Collaborate with the design team to produce event collateral, signage, and branded materials\n- Help manage event registration platforms, attendee communications, and pre/post-event surveys\n- Track event budgets, invoices, and expenses; maintain organized records for each event\n- Monitor event performance metrics (attendance, engagement, lead generation) and compile post-event recaps\n- Support field marketing campaigns that drive event attendance and pipeline generation\n- Attend at least one live event and take ownership of a defined workstream on-site\n\nWhat You’ll Learn\n\n- How to plan and execute B2B marketing events from concept to completion\n- Vendor and budget management in a corporate marketing environment\n- Cross-functional collaboration between marketing, sales, and creative teams\n- Event technology platforms and registration management tools\n- How to measure event ROI and translate event data into actionable marketing insights\n- Project management best practices for multi-stakeholder initiatives\n\nWho You Are\n\nRequired Qualifications\n\n- Currently a junior or senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Business, or a related field\n- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail\n- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment\n- Excellent written and verbal communication skills\n- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with event platforms (e.g., Lu.ma, Eventbrite, Splash) is a plus\n- A positive, team-first attitude and eagerness to learn\n- Willingness to travel for events if needed\n\nWhat We Offer\n\n- Paid internship experience\n- Founder and leadership speaker sessions\n- Dedicated mentorship and cross-functional networking\n- Industry and market education sessions\n- Career development workshops (resume review, mock interviews, interview prep)\n- Team-building events and intern socials\n- Lunch & Learns with company leaders\n- In-office perks including snacks and beverages\n\nEqual Employment Opportunity\n\nTensorWave is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
