Management:\n\n- Assist with daily tasks, including creation and scheduling of social media content across multiple platforms with regional teams in Greater China, Japan, Korea, and Thailand, ensuring global and regional alignment with strategic objectives, and budget follow-up.\n- Assist with preparation of presentations and recommendations for social media & SCRM projects.\n- Collaborate with image/marketing/production/VIP/media team to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery of tasks.\n\nCommunity Monitoring:\n\n- Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in social media.\n- Provide weekly updates to the team on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.\n- Support pitches by conducting competitive analysis and secondary research to inform strategy and creative development.\n- Track sentiment and feedback to gauge audience perceptions and sentiment towards the brand or campaigns.\n\nAnalytics:\n\n- Generate bi-weekly reports on social media performance across various platforms worldwide.\n- Provide insights and proposals based on identified needs to improve social media performance.\n- Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark the brand's social media performance against industrypeers and identify opportunities for differentiation.\n- By fulfilling these responsibilities, you will contribute to the overall
