This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact while advancing your career with a fast-paced plaintiffs’ law firm.\n\nAbout the Role:\nAs a Mass Tort Attorney, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of a complex mass tort docket while working collaboratively with internal teams and external partners. This role requires strong legal acumen, excellent case management skills, and the ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-moving environment.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nManage all phases of a mass tort docket, from intake through resolution\n\nTrack and meet critical litigation deadlines\n\nSupervise and mentor paralegals and legal assistants supporting your docket\n\nFollow and improve upon existing case management processes and procedures\n\nMaintain regular contact with clients to provide case updates and resolve issues\n\nAnalyze medical records and relevant case documents\n\nReview all pleadings, motions, and filings before submission to the court or opposing counsel\n\nCollaborate with other law firms and stakeholders involved in litigation\n\nIdentify trends within your docket and recommend process improvements\n\nPartner with cross-functional teams to enhance case outcomes and efficiency\n\nQualifications:\n\nJuris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school\n\nActive membership in the Texas State Bar\n\n2–4 years of experience practicing law, preferably with a focus on mass torts\n\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail\n\nDemonstrated ability to manage a high-volume caseload effectively\n\nExcellent communication and client service skills\n\nExperience working in a collaborative team environment\n\nWhy Join Johnson Law Group?\n\nMeaningful Work: Advocate for injured clients and help secure justice\n\nCareer Growth: Opportunities for advancement in a supportive team setting\n\nCollaborative Culture: Work alongside passionate professionals\n\nComprehensive Training: Ongoing professional development\n\nCompetitive Compensation: Attractive salary and benefits package\n\nWork Hours:\nThis is a full-time, in-office position.
