This role ensures projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget, while adhering to Agile methodologies and relevant policies. The Project Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, facilitating Agile ceremonies and driving delivery of high-quality results for the Defense Information System Network (DISN) and DOD Information Network (DODIN).\n\n**Primary Responsibilities**\n\n- Establish and communicate project vision, strategy, and goals, driving clarity and accountability across cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.\n- Define, document, and oversee project team roles, responsibilities, and authorities, ensuring optimal team performance and development.\n- Direct project operations, communications, and executive-level reporting for senior leadership, including the Program Director and Deputy Program Manager.\n- Champion Agile methodologies, organizing and facilitating key ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives) to drive continuous improvement and delivery excellence.\n- Lead Product Owner Synchronization meetings to ensure strategic alignment, clarify requirements, and resolve competing priorities.\n- Monitor, track, and drive resolution of project action items, risks, and issues, ensuring timely escalation and communication to stakeholders.\n- Identify, evaluate, and resolve complex project-related challenges, leveraging advanced problem-solving and decision-making skills.\n- Drive process improvement initiatives, identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions to optimize project execution and organizational impact.\n- Oversee the management of project artifacts, documentation, and deliverables, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements (including CDRLs), quality standards, and regulatory obligations.\n- Develop, maintain, and communicate integrated project schedules, tracking progress, dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies.\n- Lead project budget management, financial tracking, and resource allocation to ensure fiscal responsibility and alignment with business objectives.\n- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and executive leadership.\n- Ensure project execution in compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and industry standards.\n- Oversee staffing actions, talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning in collaboration with managers and HR.\n- Synthesize and present complex data, insights, and recommendations to executive audiences using advanced project management tools and Microsoft Office suite.\n\n**Basic Qualifications**\n\n- U.S. Citizenship and active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility required.\n- Bachelor's degree with 4 - 8 years of relevant experience, or equivalent work experience.\n- Experience supporting project management in a technical or IT environment.\n- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.\n- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.\n- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.\n- Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).\n- Ability to establish and maintain relationships across all levels of the organization and with customers.\n\n**Preferred Qualifications**\n\n- PMP certification\n- ITIL Foundations certification\n\nIf you're looking for comfort, keep scrolling.
