{"id":"0590907658","title":"Terrain Visual Merchandise Manager","posted_at":"2026-02-17T05:00:00.000Z","apply_url":"https://stores-na-urbn.icims.com/jobs/24748/terrain-visual-merchandise-manager/job","locations":["Doylestown, PA"],"employment_type":"full_time","workplace_type":null,"seniority_level":"mid","description_language":"en","source_name":"icims_portal","source_url":"https://stores-na-urbn.icims.com/jobs/24748/terrain-visual-merchandise-manager/job","salary":{"min":60000,"max":60000,"currency":"USD","period":"hour","display":"$60,000/hour+"},"job_summary":null,"job_description":null,"description_text":"Location\n\nThis position is located at 2100 Lower State Rd, Doylestown, Pennsylvania, 18901 United States\n\nRole Summary\n\nThe Visual Merchandise Manager directs the merchandising, product flow, and display while supporting daily operations to create an inspiring and dynamic experience for the customer.\n\nRole Responsibilities\n\nCustomer Experience\n\nPartners with store leadership in managing product flow and visual execution while empowering the team to prioritize the customer\n\nTakes a forward-thinking approach to the customer experience, in-store marketing, merchandising, and display\n\nFosters a creative community to drive sales and create a compelling store environment\n\nLeadership + Team Management\n\nBuilds productive relationships with members of the store team and brand partners contributing to a culture of strong communication and teamwork; actively participates in managing the store environment and customer experience by facilitating an energized pace, positivity of the team, and management of daily zones\n\nCommunicates visual direction and collaborates with team to set priorities\n\nDevelops experts to strengthen merchandising and display skills to support visual process and execution\n\nSupports the Store Manager in identifying and onboarding external talent; invests in internal employee engagement to retain a diverse team and fuel internal growth\n\nUtilizes brand resources to teach standards of product flow and merchandising; develops teams’ product knowledge to appeal to the local customer\n\nVisual + Business Operations\n\nManages the visual direction from planning through execution to meet Company expectations, budgets, and timeline while strategizing according to individual store characteristics\n\nAssesses store business using Company reporting tools to identify merchandising and display opportunities\n\nCollaborates with team to strategize effective shipment process utilizing reporting and business analysis to maximize selling; creates strategies for replenishment and recovery of sell-through and markdowns\n\nContributes to a customer-first philosophy flexing schedule to the needs of the business and supporting operations, plant care and zone coverage as needed\n\nAdheres to store’s safety standards, inventory accuracy, reduction of product loss, and upholds all company policy and procedures to support the profitability of the store\n\nCommunication +Relationships\n\nProvides global product and visual feedback to Store Manager and Field leadership; submits store environment photos to highlight merchandising and display updates\n\nChecks in with leadership to maintain communication and ensure completion of store directives and projects\n\nEmbraces a culture of development by protecting time with direct reports and consistently delivering feedback for individual personal growth and succession planning\n\nContributes to positive team morale through brand and store initiatives, such as employee recognition and team building activities\n\nRole Qualifications\n\nTerrain Brand fan\n\n3+ years store visual merchandising and leadership experience\n\nStrong merchant skills and a history of delivering financial results\n\nExperience with floor planning\n\nProven record of developing great talent\n\nAbility to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays\n\nThe Perks\n\nURBN offers comprehensive Perks & Benefits to employees.
