As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.\n\nWHAT YOU'LL DO\n\nDesign embedded electronics from concept to functional prototype, including hardware selection, schematic & PCB design, board bring-up, and system level integration\n\nTroubleshoot issues that span the electrical and software boundaries, with solid skills using both lab equipment (Oscilloscopes, DMM, etc.) and basic software debugging tools\n\nWork with modern SoCs and networking hardware to build Anduril platforms\n\nWork closely with firmware/software engineers for processor/peripheral selection, board bring up, and troubleshooting.\n\nWork closely with other electrical, mechanical, software, firmware, and test engineers to deliver fully functional products\n\nWork in a fast-paced environment supporting new developments, active deployments, and customer operated hardware\n\nConcurrently manage involvement in multiple projects at various stages\n\nREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS\n\nBachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering\n\n10+ years of experience designing, testing, and troubleshooting complex hardware, embedded systems, and products\n\nDemonstrated experience with multi-gigabit SERDES, DDR memory busses, Ethernet MAC and PHY interfaces, FPGAs, and common communication busses like SPI and I2C\n\nExperience with microprocessor and microcontroller selection, configuration, and interfacing\n\nExperience with component, schematic capture, high speed board design, and guiding PCB layout.\n\nCompetence with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, debuggers, current-probes, and automation of tests\n\nFamiliarity with product development processes and tools\n\nKnowledge of embedded software development, including use of timers, interrupts, hardware peripherals such as SPI controllers and ADCs\n\nKnowledge of embedded Linux development, including device trees, hardware drivers, bootloaders, and basic Unix/Linux tools\n\nExceptional organization and communication skills (both written and oral)\n\nProficient with Altium Designer or equivalent electronic design tools\n\nFamiliar with common programming languages like Python for test automation.\n\nMust be able to obtain and hold a U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance\n\nUS Salary Range\n$146,000—$194,000 USD\n\nThe salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
