We are proud advocates for injured workers across California and are expanding our Workers’ Compensation practice.The Windsor Troy Law LLP, is seeking a compassionate and driven Workers' Compensation Applicant Attorney to advocate for injured workers across California. This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work remotely while making a significant impact on clients' lives. \n\nResponsibilities: \n\nRepresent injured workers in all stages of their workers' compensation claims. \n\nConduct client interviews and gather necessary documentation. \n\nNegotiate settlements and represent clients in hearings. \n\nCollaborate with medical professionals and other stakeholders to support clients' cases. \n\nQualifications: \n\nJuris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school \n\nActive membership in the California State Bar \n\n1–2 years of experience representing applicants in workers' compensation cases preferred \n\nStrong advocacy and interpersonal skills \n\nSalary: $80,000.00 to $160,000.00 per year \n\n \n\nHere at Windsor Troy Law, LLP we offer medical, dental, and vision insurance.
