We’re a small and mighty team of 50 today with offices in NYC, LA, and the UK.\n\n#FlippinLegend\n\nWhat You’ll Do\n\nAs a Recruiting Coordinator you’ll play a critical role in building our team across a multitude of roles that drive our business forward. This entry-level role is ideal for someone eager to start a career in tech recruiting, learn how high-growth startups hire, and work closely with hiring managers, and leadership. \n\nYou’ll support the full recruiting lifecycle—from finding top talent to creating a seamless candidate experience—while gaining hands-on exposure to technical and non-technical hiring in an AI SaaS environment.\n\nSource and engage candidates across roles including engineering, product, sales, and operations\n\nAssist with scheduling interviews and coordinating across multiple time zones\n\nMaintain accurate candidate data in our ATS (Greenhouse)\n\nConduct initial screens to assess candidates for the role and also educating them on us and what we are building here at Flip\n\nPartner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements\n\nEnsure an excellent candidate experience at every stage with a focus on quality and volume for our evergreen.roles \n\nSupport recruiting operations, employer branding, and hiring projects as we scale\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n\n0–2 years of experience in recruiting, sales, or a related field (internships welcome)\n\nStrong interest in talent acquisition, startups, and ai technology\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\n\nHighly organized with strong attention to detail\n\nAbility to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced environment\n\nComfortable learning new tools and systems (ATS, LinkedIn, sourcing platforms)\n\nCurious, proactive, and eager to grow - learn - fail fast and keep going \n\nMore About Us\n\nWe're international, spanning the US, UK, and Canada\n\nWe’ve raised +$30M to date including our recent $20M Series A - backed by Ridge, Next Coast, ScOp, Bullpen Capital, Data Point and Forum Ventures, as well as founders & executives from Amazon Alexa, Ada, Attentive, and Simon Data\n\nComprehensive healthcare and unlimited vacation, including a mandatory half week for everyone over July 4, and a full week off at the end of the year\n\nIn office 5 days/week in our satellite office in Suffolk County, NY.
